It’s FREE to come along so bring your mates, parents, children, neighbours – you get the idea!!

Whether you’re already involved in an activity or are looking for some inspiration and ideas about taking up a different one, this is the event for you.

It’s for people of all ages so if you don’t live in Norwich and can’t drive we’re sure you’ll find someone to bring you along that would enjoy it too!

Throughout the day you will be able to talk to experts and find out stacks of information about a variety of sports and other activities, what you need to do to get started, plus about fitness and well-being in general.

The event takes place on the 20th February between 9am and 5pm at The Forum, Norwich – there’s no need to register, but we would love to hear from you via email if you’re going to come as well as any ideas about what you would like to see on the day, as we also aim to please as well as inspire!
